Lake Pend Oreille Cruises offers jet boat rentals and tours. Custom built to our specifications, this 18 foot jet boat is for the adventuresome folks looking for fun and excitement.
If you wish to be your own Captain, then you can rent the boat for 4 hours, 8 hours, or multiple days. The "Ahh Spray" is designed to take up to 8 passengers! Without a prop, you have the ability to go places where prop boats are unable to navigate. The jet engine has a lot of power, up to 42 miles per hour. Learning to drive is easy and can be taught by Captain Curtis in a very short amount of time. The boat is surprisingly quiet, especially when cruising around 30 mph, which is very fuel efficient. Water skis and tow rope are also available for rent for just $30 per day.

The cost is reasonable:
½ Day (4 hours) $180 plus 6% tax and fuel.
Full Day (8 hours $275 plus 6% tax and fuel.
24 hour rental $350.
Rent for multiple days and the $75 overnight fee is waived.

A rental contract will be required to sign, as well as a security/damage deposit.
Drivers must be 21 years of age to rent the boat.

If you prefer to have a Captain show you the lake, the cost is $75 per hour, plus fuel, 4 hour minnimum, for up to 6 passengers. This is a flat rate for the boat, not per person.

Tours available:
Clark Fork River Tour See the incredibly beautiful and mysterious Clark Fork Delta. The tour includes a fast ride upriver to the Cabinet Gorge Dam. You will see numerous birdlife as well as the occasional deer and moose. Bald eagles, osprey, and blue heron are abundant. The Cabinet Gorge is beautiful and peaceful. After viewing the dam, float downstream for awhile to enjoy lunch (additional cost for lunch). Then explore the Delta, where many channels take you past islands and cliffs that are inspiring. You will want to bring your camera and binoculars for sure! On the return trip, cruise the majestic Green Monarchs. Then see the islands of Hope, and learn about how Lake Pend Oreille was created - an incredible story! In fact, geologists call it "The greatest story never told…" Tour: 4 hours

Bernard Peak Mountain Goat Tour Meet the Captain at Garfield Bay to begin your adventure to see the majestic mountain goats of Bernard Peak. Jet down to the south end of the boat to see the goats. Afterwards, the Captain will cruise into Buttonhook Bay, a small enchanting bay at the very tip of Lake Pend Oreille. Then the tour will take you into Bayview to see the historic lime kilns and the David Taylor Research Center, a submarine base! You will cruise past the submarine repair facility and learn more about this exciting research facility. You will see the numerous unique float houses of Bayview. On the return trip, view old mines, and historic communities like Lakeview and Granite Creek. This trip is an opportunity to see many places on Lake Pend Oreille that can only be seen by boat. Pend Oreille River Tour Jet under the Rail Bridge and Long Bridge and cruise down to Albeni Falls Dam in Priest River. Along the way, see numerous beautiful homes. Learn about the historic passage of David Thompson, seeking the Northwest Passage to the Pacific. This relaxing trip will offer lovely views, lots of birdlife, and an opportunity to see the Albeni Falls Dam up close and personal! Tour: 4 hours
